This skincare–makeup hybrid formula is enriched with active ingredients that enhance elasticity, moisture and radiance. The sheer, skin-adaptive base is infused with micro-fine, multi-tonal pearls that reflect light for a naturally radiant finish. The level of glow is entirely buildable – start with a small drop and layer to your desired luminosity.
